2. Description of Service

Oido AI provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist service that can handle inbound phone calls, text messages, and appointment scheduling in English and Spanish. The Service integrates with third-party calendar platforms including Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Oido AI operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial: Eligible users may access a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and summaries. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. Oido AI does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content and shall not be liable for any decisions made based on such content.

7. Call Recording and Transcription

Calls handled by Oido AI may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of providing call summaries and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to inform callers of any recording practices as required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from call participants.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Oido AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oido AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
